# Renumber Doors to Rooms

Select the suffix type to use, either letters or numbers. Enter a separator character if needed. The separator character will be placed between the door number and the suffix. Leave this field blank if you do not want to use a separator character. If you wish to skip the suffix for the first door, click the “Skip suffix for first door” checkbox.

Lastly, select the scope of the tool. If you want to renumber all the doors in the current view, click the “Current View” radio button. Otherwise, if you want to renumber all the doors in the entire project, click the “Entire Model” button.

Once you’ve selected your options, click the “OK” button to run the tool.
